All 6th grade students and some retesting 5th grade students will take the Math and Reading STAAR on Monday and Tuesday, May 13 and 14. All 5th grade students will take the Science STAAR on Wednesday, May 15.

Some things to know for these days of testing:

  • It is extremely important that the students get plenty of rest the night before, and that they eat a good breakfast in the morning.
  • Students need to be on time and in their seat by 8:30 am
  • The campus is closed to visitors on these 3 days of testing, and this includes during lunch.
  • If you would like to bring your child lunch on either of these days, you can drop it off in the front office, however, no visitors will be allowed to eat lunch in the cafeteria on these 3 days. All lunch times will be different than normal!
  • Lunch for the students testing will be later than normal.

Our students are awesome, and they will do a GREAT job!!!
